Clone Existing Form: How to add form fields from one form into another form?

Hi Jot,

Can you please send me the small program that allows me to move data or questions from one survey or form to another form. I.E. If I have a form with two pages, and I want to split them, I can't. But, I can move them to another form.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I understand that you want to create a new form and add the same form fields that are on page 2 of another form. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The best way I can think of is to clone that form and remove the form's first page. You can delete all those fields you don't need or add more. It will not affect the original form.

To select multiple form fields, hold the Shift key and select the fields you want to delete.

This may work, but it is not what I was referring to. When I needed to do something close to this, JotForm allowed me to download a piece of software, which allowed me to move all questions, etc. over to a new form. Someone there has to know what I am talking about, because they sent it without my even asking for it.
Please ask around and find this program. I do not know why it isn't available as a tool in the original program.

Are you referring to the Field Manager app? Here's the link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager.

Please note that you also can merge the submissions of the form by using the combine_submissions.

In the Field Manager app, simply select the two forms that you want to merge, and select all the fields from one form and transfer to the other.

May we ask where are you showing the captcha field? Captcha is showing when there's unusual traffic on a form to prevent spam submissions. Please provide us a screenshot of the issue tr additional information to further assist you.
