HELP and URGENT: The 'Send Submissions Dropbox' checklist does not show up as being ticked even though my 2 forms have been authorised to connect to m
I mistakenly unticked the 'Send Submissions to Dropbox' ifor both my forms n Options gear button in Submissions page.
I tried to tick it back but it will only allow me to authorise connection to my dropbox but the tick button does not show up in the checkbox for the 'Send Submissions to Dropbox' button. So I don't know if any submission reports will be submitted to my dropbox.
It has worked superbly until now. My 2 forms are LIVE ...
Please can you help urgently.

I think you ought to remove completely both integrations. Please also clear your browser's cache to remove previously uploaded script.

Sorry it's not a simple answer.
The reason why I had the problem in the first place is because I removed completely integrations on both form by accidentally unticking the checklist button for the 'Send submissions dropbox button'. So your solutions is INCORRECT.
It's nothng to do with my cache. I've tried on a different computer and it still has the same problem many times for both the two forms.
I also have cleared up the cache through my internet broswer settings (in both computers:- one is laptop and other is desktop). I also cleared the cache in the 'Account' 'Setting' feature. Surprising that you didn't mention that as a solution.
The tick button does not come up on both the forms no matter how many times I tried to click on the 'send submissions dropbox button'. It opens up the Dropbox API window and ask me to authorie connection and then the window closes but NO tick box.
However, since I submitted the ticket this morning, now this form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/33122177426348? is working in terms of the submissions are going through to my dropbox, yet the tick checklist button on the 'Send submission to Dropbox' button still is unable to be ticked and not shown. So it has nothing to do with cache as it's working.
Yet, the other form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/33116329324347? still does not work. How STRANGE. Also now if I click on the 'Send Submission to Dropbox' checklist button, the API dropbox button opens, and I get the standard :JotForm would like access to all files and folders in your Dropbox.This app will be able to read and modify everything.
Then a choice to 'Cancel' or 'Allow'. Now when I click on 'Allow', I get this message
Unauthorized access. Please reload page.And these are the links so far that shows up this message
PLEASE HELP. CAN YOU FIX THIS FROM YOUR END? BECAUSE I REALLY THINK THIS IS MORE TO DO WITH JOTFORM SYSTEM RATHER THAN MY END?
I'VE TRIED IT IN TWO DIFFERENT COMPUTERS AND I STILL GETTING THE SAME PROBLEM.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused. The issue seems to be related to our recent updates to the Dropbox integration, our developers are still working on the integration improvements.
The issue has been escalated to our Development Team. In the meantime, you can integrate or re-integrate your form(s) directly from the editor.
We will get back to you once we have any updates.

I really apologize for the first answer, the reason why this is happening is that the dropbox manage integration button will be moved soon
My recommendation for you would be to only use the wizard, as advised by Mike_T

Hi, jsut to let you know We are improving the Dropbox integration. Please refrain yourself to use the Integration wizard when setting up the Dropbox. Because the wizard from the Submission page will no longer be supported soon.
We introduced new options to the Dropbox integration to fully utilize the power of folder path customization. We plan to add more options soon, so watch out for it :)
