    Where the heck is the Single Product with Multiple Choices Options?

    The radio button in your interface has selected the "Users can choose only one subscription" option and will NOT let me untick that. I am guessing that I need to be able to untick that so that I can set up my form for the "Single Product with Multiple Choices" option. Either way, I am unable to see how I can set up my subscription payment (via PayPal) options on my form the way I need to: Membership to our club, user can select one of 3 membership levels, each one is good for a 3 month membership, so we need to set up our form to process through PayPal a quarterly charge for whatever $amt the user selected to join at so their membership renews every 3 months unless they opt out.

    Can anyone tell me what's going on here? (Note: I am a Premium level Jotform user, not a free account)

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to have user select multiple separate options on subscriptions. That's only possible on products.

    Since subscriptions can have different payment periods, payment gateways do not support setting up multiple subscriptions at once. On products, it is easy, since you can simply calculate the total.

    I think the description on the right side caused confusion for you. We need to change that since the description for products do not fully apply for products. Thanks for pointing that out. I added this to our todo list.

    I tried to upload an image to the forum and I can see it on my input form, but it's invisble on the forum.

    No, we cannot see the image on this end if added one. Did you use our Image Upload Tool? 

     

    You can also use ImageShack and then just link the image here if you want with the url.

    Can you explain more so that we understand you better?
