Can not authenticate Dropbox integration.

    I logged in with dropbox but don't see a "login with dropbox" and the login window doesn't recognize my login information.  i would like to give access to the form creator to someone else on staff, but don't know how to do this.  is jotform remembering my IP address and that's how my forms are saved?

    Thanks for posting your problem here on the forum

    Yes JotForm can track IP addresses. I have cleared your form's caches and whitelisted your IP address. I advise that you clear your browser's caches as well before retrying and please see if this makes any difference from your end.

    In order to share forms to another JotForm user, you need their email address that was used to register their JotForm account.

    Go to your profile by clicking the Profile icon > Account > Navigate to User > Create New Sub User and paste the email address of the user you want to share your forms with.


    You have the option to share all your forms and apply permissions or select individual forms. Click Create to finalize
