    Hi, we have only been Jotform customers for 2 weeks now, but since signing up, this error has been coming up every few days since we have been customers:1613576092_602d379c722f5_Screen Shot 202

    Not only are the forms we've created not usable, the admin backend to Jotform is not accessible during these times either.

    Is this going to be resolved soon because we are relying very heavily on Jotform to work correctly for our students within our online program to submit their info in a HIPAA compliant way, and if JotForms is going to be continuously going down then it is going to prevent big problems for us in collecting mandatory data for our partners, and is going to be creating lots of confusion/frustration with our students.

    Do you all know if this is going to be resolved soon? Otherwise, we will most likely need to be looking for an alternative provider.
