Prevent overlapping dates

I have a form for a Flight Request and need to make sure that return date is AFTER the outbound date and not allow person to put a return date which is EARLIER than the outbound date.

You may want to check the workaround I provided on this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2468907-datepicker-conditions-prevent-overlapping-dates. This prevents the user from selecting overlapping dates between a START and an END DATE.
