deleted submissions but account is still overlimit

Could you please make Jotform available on the free plan?

I'm using Jotform for testing, but I've reached my file upload limit and it's asking me to upgrade my plan, so I can't use it anymore.

I've deleted the files that were overwhelming my upload capacity, and I'd like to be able to use it on the free plan.

I have refreshed your account limit's usage counter and it seemed to fix the issue.

Please try accessing the forms again and it should be enabled by now.
