Move form from free account

In error someone from my Fire Deparment created a form with a free account and we are using it for donations and sales of an autism awareness shirt. We have already mass emailed the link out to hundreds of people, he didnt realize we had a paid account and the free account limited the payment transactions, is there a way to move that form to our paid account with the same link? or combine that account to this one?

You will notice the email on that account has the same domain robertsvillefire.org

The belongs to a paid account bbeja, do you still nee this form to be moved into your HIPAA account kbadler. Please not that if you move it to a HIPAA account, the submissions will be encrypted as they will be moved to a HIPAA server.

Hold off it is now a paid account because we could not wait, we were
getting submissions kicked back.

Please also note that we cannot move forms to a HIPAA enabled account unless the account disables HIPAA option. Let us know if you need further help.
