Hello. I failed my pci compliance for my credit card. I was told I need 2 things. I integrated credit card info onto my website using jotform. Vistaprint, my website host, says you need to this since they did not provide the hdlm code.

    1. upgrade tls to 1.1 or 1.2
    2. blocks for the algorithm needs to be disabled.

Please address this asap or tell me exactly who I need to discuss this with or what I need to do.

    Thanks!

Are you using a secure webpage? Perhaps they are referring to your website, not the embedded Jotform?

Our forms are using TLS 1.2 encryption on their certificates. We are also fully PCI compliant and our payment integrations are up to date.

Please check our security page as well - https://www.jotform.com/security/
