    Hi

    Having trouble setting up payment through paypal. Was expecting to get an email for next step but have got nothing so far

    You must already have a PayPal business account before you integrate with Jotform. The integration process in this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/737-how-to-integrate-paypal-business-with-jotform doesn't show that it will send a confirmation email.

    Please note that while connecting to PayPal from within the form, all you need is to enter your PayPal account credentials.

    If your account setup on PayPal is already complete, then the payment integration will not ask for any other information.

    As informed by my colleague, you need a Business account on PayPal (not the standard account) and only then you can connect the PayPal Business payment field on your form.

    I would suggest that you contact PayPal support to check if your Business account is correctly set up on your PayPal account.
