The submissions are missing

    I am still trying to resolve the issue with the Jott form app registering the integration to my stripe I’ve only received $273.28 and it should be $323 I need to find out what’s going on and how to resolve this? I Don’t even know where the odd number of $.28 comes from because I didn’t request any cents to anything???

    On checking your form, we have noticed that you received the following amount to your account:


    The payment field is not a mandatory one so the user could skip filling the payment option and submit the form.

    Stripe might have charged you a processing fee that is the reason you have some decimal difference showing in your account.

    Do you have the information of those users who's name is not showing in your Jotform account?
