Account suspended for asking credit card info and SSN

    Hello Mily! Your account has been suspended because you're asking for credit card details in your form named "Client Pre App" (screenshot attached for your reference).

    There are zero submissions on this form.

    Kindly note that we don not allow collection of credit card information on our forms. You can collect payment from your users via one of our supported widgets: mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform

    I have removed these fields from your form and activated your account.

    I also noticed that on your form, you're asking for SSN from your users (screenshot attached below for reference). This information comes under sensitive data and installation of the following two widgets is required on your form for collecting SSN.

    1. Signature field widget
    2. Terms widget or Short Scrollable Terms widget

    I have removed this field from your form as well. You already have the Signature field set up on your form. You only need to add the Terms widget now. After this, you can re-add the SSN field on your form.

    I also face thee same problem and my account is blocked. Kindly unblock the account as I have demo today and I need to upgrade.
