I'm not recieving submitted forms into my email account

    Hi,

    I don't see any problems with the email recipients of that form.

    This is what the logs shows for that email, it indicates that notifications was delivered successfully to your form's recipient email address.

    Kindly please review the emails from your end. Check your spam folders and spam security check. They might be blocking messages coming from Jotform. You can also whitelist Jotform domains and IPs, that's discussed on this article. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues

    By the way, you have to set a "Sender Name" on your form's notification as well. This would help as well in spam cases so the messages will not look like a spam email.
