Secondly, the most obvious download function from this screen is the large green button at the top right. When chosen, it downloads ALL forms. If you want to download a pdf of an individual form then you go over to the left, choose the individual file, download, etc. The aggravating thing is that the downloaded pdf looks different when downloading from the table section as opposed to the Inbox section. It make is really hard to have consistency when say, multiple people download forms, especially if forms are being downloaded from the table view vs inbox view.

    Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. While the layout of the downloaded PDF Document depends on the product that you used to download it, you can create a new PDF Document from the JotForm PDF Editor to download it from every JotForm Product.

    Please follow these steps,

    1) On the My Forms page, select your form and open the "More" dropdown menu. Then, select the Open PDF Editor option. (If you do not have any PDf Documents on the PDF Editor, the option will be changed to "Create PDF Document")

    2) On the PDF Editor, click the +New PDF button and create a new PDF Document. (If there is not any PDF on the PDF Editor, you will be asked to create the first PDF Document once you open the PDF Editor.)

    3) Once the PDF is created, you will be able to select the created PDF to download from both the Inbox and the Tables pages.
