How to give Individual password access to forms

Would it be possible to have a table with Username and password.. Then a web form which would have a condition with only shows the form if both username and password belong to the same row?

I wasn't asking for other users passwords, I was asking as a form administrator who wants to set up a user and password system so that only those who have entered the correct username and password can submit a form.

It is possible to password-protect a form, but you cannot create individual users, just a single password that you will share with your users. Just go to SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS, and tick the option "Enable password protection"
