Blue screen appears when clicking on inbox

    When I click on Inbox to view form submissions, all that appears is a blank blue screen. I've tried logging in/logging out as well as restarting the browser to no avail. Please help.

    Hi,

    I have checked your account and I am able to see the page normally through your account inbox.

    Is the issue happening within a specific form and is it happening right now?
