Sender name in reminders is updated

    We have auto email reminders sent daily. The Sender Name is input correctly. When they are sent the email shows misspelling of name. It changes the first letter to n. Could you please fix this looks unprofessional on our end. Also we continue to experience problems with auto emails. Its spontaneously stops sending and we have to log back in and reset all the emails.

    Greetings.

    Can you please clarify to what letter are you referring to? Currently, the sender name is set to Cristina Gabor. Does it change to nristina Gabor?
