email link to forms

How do I remove my user name from the email link that I send to individuals. It seems to pull from my log in user name, should I change that in order to change how it reads in the outgoing link? And can I change the sender email on the forms...

Other than upgrading to enterprise, what are my custom options...

Unfortunately, if you are using the custom form URL feature, it will not be possible to remove the account username from the link as it is used to route to the correct form on your account. Your only option would be to turn off the custom URL and use the regular Form URL that uses a unique Form ID # to route to the form. User Guide - How-to-create-a-custom-url-of-a-form

The only other option is to upgrade to an enterprise account which will allow you to use your own business domain for your form URLs. User Guide - ow-to-use-custom-domains-with-jotform-enterprise
