504 error for patients

    Our users are getting the same 504 error noted in this support message — we need this resolved ASAP. Please help as this is detrimental to our business.

    I'm also curious if a lot of conditional logic messes with the reliability of the form. This is the second or third time the form is unable to take submissions, which is unacceptable. We're considering moving to another form tool but also wondering if there are things we're doing that are hindering performance.

    I believe the issue has already been fixed as my colleague replied in your other thread.

    Conditions do not affect the form reliability.

    Our HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. This has been causing the forms to go face issues.

    Our team is working on taking precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Apologies for the inconvenience.
