My form does not get emailed to me when they press submit

    I created a new form called OFFER PORTAL and it is working except I am not getting the emails when it is submitted.. Can you help me figure out what I did.?

    You have two notification email templates in the form. They are all configured correctly, and you are using Gmail as the recipient. I see no reason this would fail on your end. I sent a test. Can you check if you receive that?

    Please check both your Inbox and Spam folders. If the emails are on your spam, you would need to mark them as not spam to whitelist Jotform on your end.
