Print version of my form is showing hidden headers

Hello,

I am having a little bit of trouble with getting the print version of my forms to display without the unused headers. Using the conditional functionality, those headers should be hidden, but they still show up on either the Print or PDF version of my form, displaying a large amount of dead space. (Example Attached)

On the PDF it is possible to hide fields that are hidden on the form from the field settings, but unfortunately there is no option to show or hide fields that are based on the conditional logic.

Would possibly changing the PDF layout, or perhaps creating multiple PDF document templates, and then email them based on the conditions, be an option?
