My stylists are not able to open pictures that are attached on the JotForm that is sent in the email. We were able to view them and now I've been notified that they can't see them anymore. Please let me know what we can do to get them to open on a mobile device.

Please uncheck the restriction within your My Account > Settings page that requires log-in to view uploaded files.
