A form was shared with me but it says I need permission to use it. I was given the form to play around with to see if integrating your new Table feature would help our organization.

Here is a link to the form: https://www.jotform.com/build/210486021501138?iak=f84b4a491f3980553bdef20cddcabb1a-29eda4f85c379a52

How can I bring it into my account to work with it?

    Thank you,

    Susan Gould

Is this the ling the user has shared?

Has the user asked to edit the form?

The above collaboration link will only allow you to edit the form.

May we know if you are unable to edit the form?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

The permissions were changed to allow access to the form for both editing and viewing. It also allows access to one tab on a table but will not allow me to create other tabs. What is required to do so?
    Thank you.

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, giving access to the table allows viewing and editing entries only, it doesn't allow you to create other tabs.

If the form owner wants you to be able to edit the form and play around with integrations and jotform tables, he will need to add you as a sub-user in his account.

The Sub-user feature is only available with our Enterprise plan.

For more information, please see this page: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Best.
