Access to a Jotform application is denied for some people

    Hi! I am having an odd problem with access to my JotForm.

    We created an application in Jotform for an annual award. University students apply through the Jotform link we provide. However, some students are unable to gain access to the application. We think it is because they applied in past years. However, even after I select 'no check' on the Unique Question and Unique Submission options, students still cannot access the application.

    Additionally, some people who have not applied in the past are unable to access the JotFrom application. On the other hand, many people HAVE successfully accessed the application.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. When you say "not able to access", do you mean that (some of) your respondents are not able to load your form on their web browser? Is there any error message that your respondents are getting? Or, are your respondents able to load your form but are having an issue submitting it? May we ask what error message are they getting when they try to submit your form, please? Also, may we ask that you clarify what you are referring to as "application", please? Lastly, with your permission, would it be okay if we make test submissions directly to your form, please?
