Asking for an upgrade due to limited space

    Hi,

    You have requested that we upgrade due to limited space, but we have cleared out all the details on our forms so that there is practically nothing left. Since we did that you have now disabled our account - why?? We are not using up our space allotment.

    Hi RealNappies, thank you for reaching us.

    It appears you have reached your Upload Space allocation, which is 100 MB for the free account. 

    I see that you have deleted your submissions, however the submissions are still within Trashed Entries. Kindly noted that unpurged submissions are still counted against your account limit.

    Kindly navigate to your Tables then click on the three-dot menu. Afterward, click on Trashed Entries. and purged the submissions.
