Can I retrieve deleted submissions?

    Just quick question,


    If I accidentaliy delete one of the submission, is there a way that I can bring it back?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Let me inform you that if in case you have deleted your submission from the submissions page, it will be automatically deleted from our servers with no recovery chance. However, our Google Spreadsheet, Google Drive and Dropbox integrations can be used as a way to have a backup of your submissions in case you accidentally delete them from Jotform.

    Thank you for quick response.
    Another question is that we are trying to setup multiple users for use one account, and is there a ways that we can setup some password or protection for the forum which I created. So other user will not be able to edit or erase the form?

    Hello thanks for the inquiry.

    We do not have a password protection on the forms for the purpose of form management. However, all levels of JotForm account whether it is Free or a Paid subscription account, has the ability to add subuser and then you can add permission to that particular user if he/she can view it only or has edit privileges.

    To add subusers:

    1. Go to your Profile > Account


    2.Navigate to "Users" and click "Create New Sub User". It will ask you for the email address of a person that you want to share your forms with.

    Note: We recommend to add email addresses that are already registered to JotForm


    3. Configure the settings on the email address and click "Create" button to finalize it.
