Logo don't appear in email confirmation

    In some forms I will use our logo in the email confirmation.
    I will see the logo in the mails sent to my computer.

    But in the email sent to the customer the logo is missing.

    I have searched in the forum and found a similar question and with the answer you provided. The solution was to uncheck the privacy box, so a customer don't have to be logged in to view the results.

    In my Privacy settings all boxes are uncross, and even then no logo in the customers email?
    Do you have a solution for me? Thanks a lot!

    Greetings,

    I removed the image from your emails and added it again. Now I can see the logo in the emails.

    Hello VRTO,

    I cloned and test your form. As a result, I was not able to replicate your issue. Your logo is shown in every e-mail I receive.
