'Please wait...' response when trying to submit forms

    Hi,

    When I am trying to submit my forms I am receiving a 'Please wait...' response and no further action. This means I cannot submit any of my forms and is causing significant disruption to business SLAs. This is impacting all forms on my current account. Please can this be resolved with the utmost urgency.
