Unable to submit the form in the mobile app

    good morning. All my staff have been using the jotform app to screen for covid each day. today no one is able to submist their form. i have signed

    Are you able to submit the form using the browser?


    Can we test your form?

    Could you please re-install the mobile app and see if the issue persists? Is it with all the users or with any particular client's mobile app?
