I just upgraded to HIPAA. Now I don't see my previous forms

    I have checked your account and can see your forms. It was maybe a temporary glitch while the transition was made.

    Could you please check it again and let us know if the issue is solved?

    If not, I would recommend clearing your browser's cache.
