    Hi truckersamerica

Please elaborate. Exactly what were you thinking of doing?

    Thanks.

I was trying to set a condition based off of a date.

My application requires at a minimum of 10 years of work history. So I was wondering if there was a way to set a condition that if the date of the last employer was less than or equal to 10 years from the current date, that a condition could be set to add anothor space for an employer.

And so on and so on, up until the last date entered is greater than 10 years from what the actual date the submit the application would be. I hope that makes sense and I am explaining it properly.

I did however also want to say that I think Jotform is fantastic. I am using it and learning more and more each day. It could not be easier. Maybe at some point down the road, if you have not already, you can build a function that allows the user to write their own query to generate customized reports.

All in all I am an extremely pleased and satisfied user.

    Hi again

As a test, I recently attempted to do something like that with one of my forms but failed because I could not find a way to hook the condition into the current date. I think I was trying to get a message stating, "Sorry, you're too young to submit this form" to display if a user chose a date of birth after a certain date. I soon realized that the problem with the setup was that a DOB that correctly identified a user as too young one week, would eventually wrongly identify that user and others with the same DOB as too young when in fact they were not. (40 years hence, users entering that DOB would still be getting the message that they were too young!)

So, unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, what you want to do is not currently possible with our forms.
