Urgent - Account suspended again

    2 days ago this happened and was whitelisted, please unsuspend our account urgently.

    Hi Jeannette

    How can we make sure this doesn't happen again? It's happened twice in 2 days and never before this was an issue in about 6 years of using Jotform. Please help. It's really affecting the services we're trying to provide.

    If this ever happens again, please let us know and we will have to escalate the issue to our backend team.
