Is there a way for us to make HIPAA compliant forms without changing some of our existing forms

    Is there a way for us to make HIPAA compliant forms without changing some of our existing forms? We have forms for clients that have integrations that are not HIPAA compliant and those forms do not need to be HIPAA compliant. I have to create some new forms that have to be HIPAA compliant but it looks like I can't do it if I don't change the non-compliant forms. Is there a solution to this problem?

    I'm sorry, but you can't choose which forms are HIPAA or not. When you enable HIPAA, all your forms and data will be migrated to our HIPAA compliant servers. The only workaround here would be to create a new account, upgrade it to Silver or Gold, and enable HIPAA.

    If you wish the forms moved, we can do that. However, we suggest moving the forms while the new account is not yet HIPAA as we cannot move forms from and to HIPAA accounts.
