Language not english when logging into account

    In my jotform account I think I have been hacked - I have confidential files in here. Every time I open Jotform it is in Spanish or some language - I need it in English and to stay in English.


    Is someone hacking my account

    How do I stop it going out of English

    HELP!!!!!

    To confirm, are you using some sort of a VPN service when logging on to the account? If so, that could be the reason why the language is being changed. It will use the local language of where the account is being accessed form and that the VPN you're using might be using an IP Address originating from another country.

    If not, you can try clearing your browser's caches and see if it makes any difference.
