My account is suspended again!

Hey, I need this to stop. My account keeps getting suspended for no reason and it is causing significant problems for my associations website. It was suspended yesterday and I contacted you and it was unsuspended hours later. Today it is suspended again. For no reason. I need this to stop. I need to be able to count on this form working for the people I send it to. Please help. - Aaron

Hi Aaron! Our apologies for the inconvenience. Your account was suspended because in your form titled "Job Form" you're using the word "Bank" in the autorespodner emails.

Such terms are commonly used by spammers/phishers on their forms so our phishing filter suspends free accounts containing these without exception. We have now reactivated your account and removed this word from your autoresponder template but as much as possible, please avoid using these terms in your forms to avoid this from happening again.
