Remove a text section that isn't showing up in the "Build" section

Hello,

In the screenshot provided, you can see where it says "Mentor Directions" and I would like to remove these directions but I don't see them in the "Build" section as far as an added element. I thought I had deleted it but it's showing up on the forms still.

I assume you removed the field after creating the PDF document. If you'll open the PDF Editor, the Mentor Direction is still there.

To resolve that, you can just delete the said field from the PDF or just create a new PDF Document and delete the old one:
