phone submissions without downloading app or creating an account

Hello, We are needing people to sign up for a COVID-19 clinic. We send the people on the waitlist an email and/or text alert with the link to schedule.

Our problem is that when they open it on their phone, it either wants them to download the JotForm app, or sign up for your service. Don't get me wrong, it's a great platform for people that need to make forms. Our clients just want to fill our form, they don't want to download an app or create an account just to do it, though.

How do I get around that? Is there a different link that I should send to them?

    Thanks,

    James

Hello James! It seems that you're sharing the form assign URL with your users. If you set your form to public and share the direst URL of you form; then there is no need for anyone to download the JotForm app or create a JotForm account for filling up your form.

Following is how you can share the direct URL of your form with your users:

Please give it a try. In case you still face such issue4s; let us know.

    Thank you!
