I am receiving a 404 error when trying to access my files

    I am in the process of completing an application and I have uploaded several pdfs and when I went back to ensure they were uploaded, I am receiving the attached error.

    I see you have a filled a form and created a session link to continue later. Please note that the owner of the form has its privacy enabled for files. This means that once the files are submitted, only the owner can access them. Also, the files have yet to be submitted, so technically, you cannot access them even if the owner has disabled the privacy.

    Correct, prior to paying and submitting the application, I wanted to ensure that it had been uploaded accurately. So let me ensure that I understand you correctly......I uploaded the pdfs and once I uploaded, only the receiver of the application is able to access them despite me being the one to send them?

    That's correct. The PDFs are uploaded and saved in the owner's form. Only the owner could access the file due to their file privacy settings. If you wish to confirm if the files are received, you may consider contacting its owner.
