My submissions are not showing correctly

    Hi

    how do i change my settings in order to be able to read my submissions.

    Hi,

    Was the form encrypted and you have disabled the encryption?

    If so, can you try enabling encryption and checking the submissions page?

    It was and then the submission came out like that. Then i tried to disable it and still was like that.


    Should i just retry from the start as it stays like that.

    Hello Carla,

    Please note that only if you upload your encryption key can you read/access/view your submissions. This key should be the same that was used when you enabled encryption on the form.

    If you disable and enable encryption again, be sure to use the same encryption key. If you create a new key, the submissions will not get decrypted.
