Struggling to log in to my account

    I created an account thru google and started two form a couple days ago. Now I am struggling to login to my account. It acts like its going to login and than it just brings me back to the welcome page. I have cleared my cache and I tried logging in incognito and still not working. Even tried the forgot password and do not get any link sent to me to do that. Please advise

    Our system suspended the account as you built a form to request login information. Asking for these pieces of information violates our terms of use and aren't allowed whatsoever.

    I unsuspended the account, but I had to delete the fields that triggered the suspension:

    Hi Andrea,

    I see that your account is running and active. Could you kindly try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again?
