If we upgrade the account, can users answer our surveys without needing to provide their own personal sign in information and/or is there another way

We are currently using the "free" version of jotform. When we sent the survey out, it required our end-users to input their email information or connect via google, etc. If we upgrade the account, can users answer our surveys without needing to provide their own personal sign in information and/or is there another way to avoid them needing to do so. Please advise.

Hi Bonnie! This has nothing to do with the paid account. If you don't want your users to signup in order to fill up your form; then make sure that your form is set to public mode and that you share your form's direct URL (as indicated in the screenshot below).
