Hi I recently ran out of space and have just upgraded. Can you tell me if I am able to retrieve a submission made just before I upgraded (sent within the last hour)?

Please be noted that if your account was over limit and your forms were disabled, you cannot receive any submissions. Your users will not be able to submit your form.
Upon checking your account, I found that you have only received 2 submissions in this whole month. Both the submissions were received today at 09:37:38 EST.
Are you looking for these submissions or you are expecting some other data? If these are not the records your are looking form, I am afraid that you will have to ask your user to upload it again.
