Zendesk: Not getting tickets

    Hello, we are having trouble with the Zendesk integration. It says the integration is working well but we are not getting tickets into ZDeesk at all and we are expecting tickets with links to file uploads from the form.

    Can you help?

    To reconfirm, have you followed the steps described in the following guide: How to integrate Jotform with Zendesk? If no, kindly try to remove the integration and follow the described steps to integrate.

    In addition, could you let us know which fields are missing, or does it happens entirely?
