Convert pdf to online form taking too long

I have a 12 page document (questionnaire) that I am trying to convert using Smart PDF to an online fillable form.
I left it overnight and it is still telling me to hang in there?
What should I do?

You should be able to upload a 12 page PDF form as applicable.
It is possible that your JotForm session may have expired in between causing this issue.
Could you log into your Jotform account using an incognito browser window and then try uploading the PDF again?
If there is still an issue, please provide us your PDF form so that we may check uploading the same from our end too.
You can either upload your PDF on any cloud storage and share the link here or you can email us the PDF at support@jotform.com. If you are sending us the email, please mention the email subject as "Ticket# 2914286".
