Grouped Submissions: Jotform Tables is not showing the full number of submission as per Inbox

    Hello,

    Submission table is not showing the full number of submission as per inbox.

    we have 26 submissions showing on the table but over 40 in submissions inbox.


    How quick does the table update?

    We apologize for inconvenience. Can you please confirm you were referring to your form table

    Perhaps there was filtered or grouping enabled in the table view. The number of rows will be different if there were filtering applied.

    I suggest you add another spreadsheet view tab and do not add any filter/grouping, so all data rows will be shown.

    Yes that is the correct table.
    It is not good that this doesn’t update, even if we remove the categories it still doesn’t show the correct number of submissions.
    I did make a new tab and they all appear but that is not ideal situation.

    Hi there,

    I've checked your form, and I see that you have grouped the submissions by "Application Coordinator". It's highly possible that some of the submissions don't have the Application Coordinator question filled out.

    Can you please try removing the grouping feature to see if that'll display all your submissions on that form?

    Hi,
    We have a default selection set up for ‘not yet assigned’ so they submissions should always first appear in that category.
    When we remove the category function it doesn’t show any more submissions just the same amount as with categories.

    Hello Leah,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I cloned your form and made a few test submissions. I grouped the submissions by the Application Coordinator. After that, I made another submission, and it was updated immediately in the Tables. I am not sure why it is not updating in your form.

    I have decided to forward this issue to our backend team for further investigation and to avoid this issue in the future. However, I cannot give an ETA when this is fixed. You will be notified on this thread when there is an update.

    Meanwhile, I would suggest ungrouping and grouping submissions again.
