Full name breakdown

With the "full name" field, the customer sees first, middle and last names.

There is no separation of the first middle and last names on the submission information we get. This is annoying when we need to know the first middle and last names.

Sometimes someone has 2 middle last names and sometimes its 2 last names.

How can I see the breakdown of the first, middle and last names?

It's not possible to split the full name field, but you may use short entry fields instead to ask for first and last name separately:
