Some of the time slots in the Appointment Slots is not available

    We are continuing to have the same issue we reported last week. People are trying to schedule an appointment, but the submission fails. The time they requested no longer shows as available, but no form is submitted. We need to know how to open these times back up when this happens. There is NO FORM on our submissions list, so nothing for us to delete or change. For example, 9:15 and 9:50 appointments for Thursday 2/25 aren't showing as available when people try to schedule, but there is no one on our submissions list with an appointment at those times. What can we do to fix this?

    Are you referring to this form?

    Have you checked the Trash folder if there is any submission in the Trash folder?
