504 Error Message

    We are having a lot of "504 message errors" (the request could not be satisfied) on a variety of our forms lately. This concerns me, as many of our forms are lengthy, and having to re-do them costs us money and clients. I know this is an issue from reading other posts.

    We've cleared our cache and done other trouble shooting techniques, but it continues to happen.

    We have a paid Silver subscription and for this to happen frequently throughout the week concerns me. What is being done on your end to prevent this?

    We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update the issues should be fixed by now and the forms should be working fine. Our backend team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes.
