All submissions are deleted but the file storage space is reading as full

All submissions in jotform acct deleted, & upload space still reading as full. Please advise. 

As mentioned by my colleague in your other ticket 20 hours ago, you still have the form on your Trash section of the form. You will have to purge the submissions to free up your file storage space.
