    Dropbox integration not working

    I am attempting to integrate with Dropbox via the Dropbox Integration Wizard (linked from the Form Builder).  I am able to authenticate, but the wizard hangs at the folder creation step, with the message:

    Initializing integration, please wait.

    Have tried several dropbox accounts and several path combinations.  Please advise.

    Hi,

    I checked your form http://www.jotform.co/form/33176649167868 but there is no upload field on it..

    I wonder why you need to integrate it to Dropbox if there is no file upload needed on the form.

    Please try adding an upload field and retry the integration.

    Inform us of this does not make any difference.

    Hi,

    After further testing, I found that you were right. It seems there is an issue on the integration after the authentication process getting stuck to initialization...

    I was able to reproduce same issue even after adding upload field to a form.

    I will have to investigate more before I can submit a ticket to our higher support.

    For the meantime, I suggest that you remove the hanged integration and do the re-integration agaian. BUT this time please use the older version method described how to on this guide

    Inform us if there are still issue on your end.

    I will also update this thread for the result of my investigation and if it requires a bug ticket.

    Hi, this problem should be fixed now. The problem is the window popup is not getting close. This happens in some of browsers.

    So we made a patch to properly close the pop up window. Please confirm if that works from you side.
    For the time being if it did not close properly. You just need to close the window to further continue the process. and inform us immediately

    The integration works but the wizard on jotform.com/dropbox doesn't.

    At the moment I have tested some user's forms and those are allowing me to successfully integrate DropBox on forms.

    In any case, kindly create a new thread so that we may tackle your issue which is on the Dropbox API (http://www.jotform.com/dropbox) and not on the Dropbox Integration of the JotForm Form Editor. Thank You.
